A: To ensure the health and safety of all our guests, Country Acres requires up-to-date vet records showing current vaccinations for Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, and Parainfluenza). All dogs must also be on an active, effective flea and tick preventative program.
A: Yes. All new dogs must successfully complete a scheduled, complimentary Meet & Greet prior to their first boarding or daycare stay. This allows us to assess your dog’s behavior, ensure they are comfortable in our environment, and confirm they are friendly with our staff and other pack members.
A: Please bring your dog’s regular food in a sealed container with their name clearly marked, along with any necessary medications. Keeping your pet on their standard diet prevents digestive upset. We provide clean bowls, comfortable bedding, and plenty of toys, so you can leave those at home!
A: For safety reasons, all dogs must arrive and depart securely on a leash. The check-in and parking area can be busy, and keeping your pup leashed ensures a controlled, stress-free transition into our care.
A: We operate on a split-shift schedule seven days a week. Our daily hours for drop-off and pick-up are in the morning from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM, and in the afternoon from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
A: We ask that you notify us of any cancellations at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation. Because we maintain strict limit-capacities to ensure every dog gets personalized attention, late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
